That is true, the LDO aren't smurfs for the most part. They can have at it against some of the servants probably.

Wait, people with hax above their dimensional level are excluded regardless whether they are useless or not?
Wouldn't it instead be better to make a ranking list based on the "best, freely usuable, non-circumstancial ability" instead? Basically someone's "tier" on the list is not determined by their AP, but rather by their strongest ability or hax that can be used (somewhat) freely and is able to incap or eliminate the opponent normally, but include all the "smurf" characters? Basically anyone with Tier 1 hax would have to contend with Tier 1 existences and so on. I am sure the result would be interesting, to say the least. Since this would actually "take care" of any hyper-haxed characters naturally because they'd be out of their league.

Dont feel Gil is a smurf. Enuma Elish at full power can negate durability for any being native to Earth. But past that his strength comes from his supply of weapons. None of which are truly classifiable as Hax.

Also anything 1-A is pretty much a smurf. You should just remove that tier if looking at non-smurfs.
