For 3-B, what are Nippon characters stuff? I want to nominate Wang Wei for the spot, and I don't really see what stops him from just reading their entire fate, unleash his aura (body, soul, mind, and death inducement), go NEP if they have some stuff he doesn't resist, etc... all while being millions of times faster in terms of thought-speed. And unless the version of Mujin park is different in 3-B, he already defeated the 3-C version.

It is like in 2 digits for each . Each realm gives 10 layers. So for soul stuff 70 layers and concept 30 layers.
