Goddess of Manifold isn't downgraded yet, so technically she is 1-A+. However, outside of peak scaling being 1-A+, I don't know. I think DC has 1-A+ cosmology stuff currently accepted, but most characters jump to High 1-A and above there.

kinda feels like 1-A+ was made specifically for honkai. Speaking of DC where would characters from DC and Marvel like Dr. Manhattan or Hulk place on the 1-A List

1-A+ is basically an infinite hierarchy. One can think of it as an infinite Reality>Fiction hierarchy if the baseline story qualifies for 1-A and there are infinite layers above it.
I know nothing about the verses myself so better to ask/wait for the supporters I guess,

Tbh layering once characters reach outerversal levels was already confusing enough. I understood it as having certain characters that are above another character on the same tier being what causes layers but this infinite layers thing is confusing because it barely makes much sense.

For 3-C, @Deceived3596 already conceded that Bleach don't really have any soul layers as of right now, and that Wang Wei should be above them. And considering that Wang Wei already defeated Mujin Park (mentioned several times before this), I think Wang Wei should be at 2nd Place for now @Dragonite007. Or do I need to make a match with White Queen?
Additionally, what is White Queen's shenanigans anyways? From the formatting of the profile, It looks like @DontTalkDT 's verse, so I'd appreciate it if I could know what she'll do in-character aside from the Charisma stuff.

@Dragonite007 Wang Ling in 2-C is outdated, and iirc asked to remove him from the list. I think I've said this a couple of times now, but Wang Wei has defeated Mujin, and pretty much crushes the 3 dudes above him currently in 3-C. So, put him in second place (Unless he needs to fight with White Queen, if so, tell me).
And In 5-B, he defeats WoW characters, and upon looking at characters below WoW, none of them seem to resist WW's thought-based Pnull or Soul/Mind crush of his aura that's thought-based (which should be passive tbh since he actively restricts and it's naturally active in all fights even without doing it to do shit to his opponents, but meh).
