Kharn doesn't really count. While Khorne can powernull basically anything else in this tier which can really screw over characters reliant on hax, he can lose just via superior AP or skill. For a more "meta" 40K 5-A, go with Ahriman. While he'd probably lose to Kharn assuming no interference from Tzeentch, he canonically destroys stuff Kharn would have no hope against. He even got the Yncarne stuck in a section of the webway, and it's still missing likely due to that.
