Tom and Jerry 9-A Upgrade

Well, I'm not that good at doing this, so I'll just get to the feats.

Feat 1: Tom is mostly uninjured after tanking an explosion that blows up the sheriff's building:


Feat 2: Tom slams the door hard enough to collapse his house:


These two feats should qualify for 9-A, right?

Nah The Sherrif’s building was a few metres away from the blast and still got destroyed, Tom was point blank standing next to the barrel. I’d find that getting 8-C less surprising than 9-B, though the house does seem to be all wood so might not be the best structure

I was thinking about this calc similar to this in mind, but fair enough
