I think Tom and Jerry can also resist data attacks because in here Tom was initially attacked by a fireball and turned into ashes but in the end Tom and Jerry both resisted that giant fireball

It seems like Jerry actually has a luck that revolves around him and makes Tom mostly unlucky as in this episode Jerry always finds water with a stick while Tom always has to get the bad luck, this will probably make Tom catching Jerry a little more impressive.

You could simply split the calculation in 2, since there's a sudden break in the middle.

That works. But I'd also recommend you to calculate the speed from each place hopping they do as opposed to summing them all up in one go.. The results may be higher if you do that instead of trying to average the total sum.

I just watched the video of Tom's Blob Monster and Vampire Cat form and found that these two form seem to be possessed
Blob form is due to an Alien eating and merging and he probably can't control this form especially at the end we see Tom take off his "Blob suit" and then shake hands with Jerry probably to thank him for freeing him

The problem is that while possessed by the Blob monster he cannot take it off and has to wait until Jerry tricks him into running until the blob gets tired then Tom regains control and takes off the Blob suit and returns to normal and when in Vampire form the vampire master dies then he is freed from the mind control so I think Tom should have resistance to Transmutation when escaping from Blob form

Doesn't seem like Tom's issue, more like the opponent lacks any way to remove blob form and vampire form unless they meet the criteria.

My point is that even if the Blob is exhausted, Tom still wouldn’t be able to return to normal because he’s already turned into a slime. What I mean is that he can break free from a transformed state
