Well i guess i give a good reason for tohka:
Tohka can actually win this fight pretty easily, due to her AP advantage (yes, her actual feat has been make casually), her astral dress which nullifie physical damage and her forcefield which is able to tank Multi City block attacks. Tohka just need to fly away and spam sandalphon's ranged attacks until ken die.

Hm. The astral dress nullifie physical damage but not all damage, it's like reduced physical blow but if they are much stronger than you, this still nullifie but you take damage
