    This is pretty simple, I think Pipeworks Godzilla, and anyone with Tyrant Physiology, should get layered Regeneration Negation, as it is listed on the monsters' profiles that they resist regeneration negation in base already, and as Tyrants, they can bypasss that. So, Tyrants should get 2 Layers...
