Isn't Star's new form totally featless except by obliterating Toffee? Also, there is no High 2-C, after 2-C, it just goes straight to 2-B.

Okay if you mean 2-C because she survived attacks from star, then I say no. The wand limitations are only Low 2-C last I checked. And tanking it would only mean he is low 2-C in durability And he is already that on his page last I checked.

Oh... Hmm... He may be Low 2-X in this case then due to the feats I saw, but I can't be for sure here. I know Yu-Gi-Oh, but Star vs.FOE definitely isn't a verse I know too well. Perhaps Darkanime would know ?
