No, but Confiscation is still helpful. Todo's also got some assault charges given how he attacked Fushiguro just because he didn't like his answer for what woman is his type, as well as in the past when he attacked a high school student. It also depends on whether Todo is smart enough to avoid getting charged, which is something I'd like to discuss.

This is really similar to the Mahito fight as well. If Todo is guilty then ct gets removed. The evidence is also not conclusive but lmao the evidence Hig was given by judgeman was a picture of Yuji in the parlor so I'd take it something similar would be given with the assaults likely a bloodied hand, maybe Megumi beat up at the end. Hig get anything of worth like he did with Yuji, he's likely to put it together with Todo's aggressive nature and come to find him as the one who assaulted them.

Once that happens its Hig's win really, losing your ct would mean Todo becomes overall weaker and Hig can just keep smashing him with the mallet. Todo might figure out he can do a retrial, tries, and ends up getting charged with another assault or some property damage like in Shibuya and he may just confess given the evidence could also be a picture of some stuff damaged but it could be too inconclusive that it was solely Todo who did it and likely was the result of Sukuna instead. If Todo denial and he's not guilty he gets his ct back I'm guessing?

I think overall more than likely Hig's experience as a Lawyer and the fact he's physically on the level first grades he should still end up winning this fight, especially if Todo loses his ct which is likely.

Even if Boogie Woogie gets confiscated, winning is still likely for him. He's the guy that fought five Grade 1 Curses and a Special Grade during the Night Parade of a Hundred Demons
