I believe that it has been accepted that there are infinite dimensions within DC, but not necessarily that the Presence is above infinite dimensions or anything like that. I cannot remember specifically.

Then there is the whole Power-scaling Rules for Marvel and DC Comics issue to consider. The Living Tribunal was not displayed at anywhere near its full degree of power within the storyline that it was killed.
