I don't think so. Like, nigh-omnipresense for a start needs you to exist almost everywhere, which Fushi doesn't remotely do yet.
And multilocation requires you to exist at multiple places simultaneously... which Fushi also doesn't do. He has always just one consciousness in one physically connected body. He can't even really manage moving multiple human bodies at once, but always inhabits just one.

he should get , reality warping , Subjective Reality , Weather Manipulation,Law Manipulation, large size 4/5,Power Bestowal, Memory Manipulation, Omniscience , omnipresence

possibly Quantum Manipulation , Conceptual Manipulation , Mathematics Manipulation and maybe theres more

idk where u will scale him but he should be at-least tier 4
