I've been watching Cj Dachamp's 2012 Shredder video which is good timing for this match since I'm in a really good TMNT 2012 mood now.
First iirc Shredder does massively upscale from 377062080 Joules since Dogpound tanked the explosion relatively easily and Shredder is massively stronger then Dogpound even after he was mutated into Rahzar and became stronger. Both have baseline class 5 LS but Shredder also massively upscales from his class 5 since he can easily manhandle and overpower those who scale like the TMNT and the Mighty Mutanimals. In terms of skill Shredder has had decades of training in ninjutsu and can easily handle other masters of the craft like Splinter who was one of the best fighters in the century. I think I'm leaning towards Shredder rn for his AP and LS advantage and maybe higher skill but I'm not too knowledgeable on Brad so I'm gonna wait for any counter-arguments before voting.
