Didn't IT almost break out if IB by itself against High Priest? Touma's hand started to crack apart when High Priest was coming down with the meteor.

ok but how does that change it's power to overcome IB ? without lock it's capable of overcoming IB so it shoudl be 1c, the lock breaking did not make IB any weaker

IT didn't overcome IB regardless as Coronzon just seconds before destroyed IB (again) and the lock as well. This caused the fish eggs to explode out of Touma's right arm which split the ship in half before Touma ran in terror at knowing there was nothing holding IT in anymore. The lock was broken. IB had been destroyed yet again and this time Touma's willpower couldn't even keep it in for long.
