First, context: So earlier today I was looking for characters to put in a versus match against one of mine. I thought I found a match when I looked over Turbo Mecha Sonic's info, not only was he too strong for the character I wanted him to fight, but further examination revealed his stats were pretty low. I saw that not only was his base only low city level for overpowering a blast capable of destroying multiple mountains, but his semi-super form was only city level. Unless I'm mistaken, he destroyed an island in that form, so why is it so low?
Okay, even if that island buster calc was right and that energy ball was 23 meters in diameter, making it the size of a building, the following image contradicts this by having that same ball eclipse mountains used to calc him at low city level in base. That ball goes from being an 8-story building in one image to a mountain in the next. I don't think this calc is very accurate; not only does it rely on the size of an attack that appears to shift between images, but it undermines the actual power of the attack that the feat itself was meant to convey. Unless you honestly think that Yoshi's Island is only roughly equivalent to a city block in size, I'd seriously question the credibility of this calc and the other one.
