TMNT 2012 upgrades

Hello, everyone.

A while ago, I re-calced a TMNT feat at Mountain level+, it was previously Small Town level+. Originally I believed it would be an outlier, but given the earthquake feats in the series, I was willing to accept it.

This would scale to almost everyone in the series, since the Turtles aren't exactly very powerful by the verses standards. I also think the characters who are considerably stronger than the turtles (Tiger Claw, Rahzar, most powerful mutants) would be either rated at "At least 7-A, possibly High 7-A" with Shredder and Splinter being solid "High 7-A" because:

• The result is pretty high on the 7-A spectrum, 790+ Megatons.
• Splinter one-shot Tiger Claw, who is consistently depicted as being much stronger than any one turtle.
• Splinter is equal to Shredder who is casually stronger than all four of the turtles, and has stomped them in single combat.

However, I'm fine with them just being "At least 7-A" as well.

Well, they're not even 10 Megatons away from High 7-A and Shredder is hilariously stronger than the Turtles to the point where a injured and dazed Shredder stomped three of the turtles in single combat without an issue, so I think he and Splinter would be a solid High 7-A.

I agree so 2012 Shredder is just below Tengu Shredder as the strongest Shredder then nice

Isn't April O'Neil's psychic power is well above the Turtles ? I mean, i can name a few examples of her being even tier 6 and even tier 2 in psychic powers

If I remember what Seed told me, I could see Tier 3 April with psychic powers, but I want to finish the series before I make any judgements.
