I don't think most of the changes require much elaboration, they didn't actually fuse with Truth, just kinda take the knowledge from it and weaken it as that happened, this being revealed in the sequel to Titan Souls. Rest should be fairly intuitive, Omniscience is kinda weird for such a basic character but I asked around a little to confirm and both it and Omnipresence for Truth seem to make sense, so.

Maybe add the justification for omniscience in the P&A section too, a shorter version of it could work. In rest, seems okay.

Also, first time seeing Class M on a tier 9 profile.
