So what you're saying is the dimension isn't universe-sized? In this case it will not be Tier 2.

Timelines are assumed to be infinite by default unless the realm is only stated to be 4-A in size.

For now, if the realm encompassed by the timeline is not of universal size, it would just be unquantifiable or unknown.

It depends. Generally, space-times smaller than the observable universe are rated based on the size of the physical space. However, if the timeline is described as infinite or demonstrated to be quantitatively superior to the physical space it encompasses, it may still qualify for Tier 2. This also applies if the physical space is small but includes infinitely branching timelines or possibilities.

Should be High 3-A without further context, iirc some jojo characters have high 3-A ap (case and point) tho sadly wont scale to specific person but the pet that made the feat.
