Ok so i assume we are using Eternal Form key and Made in Heaven Ultimate requiem.
as haxes for sailor moon.. i don't see anythinh that kars couldn't adapt, even NEP isn't a problem, since recently we have NEP users in jojo (just noticed he can destroy nep reallity)
So, since kars is with MiHur in this match, he starts with speed amp and disc crush

that's not literally how it works, Kars could adapt to beyond, the same beyond who is Low 1-C
also since SM is Low 2-C, and kars is with mihur a Universal+ buster, he can adapt
