Time manip range

if it is not explained how far the range of time manips is, can we assume that the time manip ranges are on a universal scale?

i believe is because , unlike spatial stuff where we clearly see the area affected, time control tends to not have a "confined area", and if you say, only stop time for the planet, it would be out of sync with the solar system and stuff, thus noticiable

bassically the area of the given time intersects on the whole space of a timeline so unless if you have some discrete space-time or a very small space time then it'll be on a 3-A range (based on the wiki) if the timeline the time manipulation is being used is universal sized since time is continuous by most cases unless if it's specific or something.

Edit:seems like we have this thread which isnt rejected or accepted yet.

I just took a quick look at the thread, they talked about the default time stop / time manip range but suddenly I'm interested in discussing whether manipulating space can also get a universal range? because in the spacetime continuum they are one, if time can get a universal range then space should be

Unlike time space depends on the given feat and there is no default assumption in the wiki.

Probably because you can manipulate Space(X) while Space(Y) isn't affected on a single space time continuum so unlike time it is not inherently continuous.

Bassically you can manipulate small portions of space (like teleportation) and not affect the whole space time continuum.

Well that's the reason I can think of.
