Time Eaters lack of intellect is what kills it here. Assuming that Toppo is able to use his Hakai (b/c he can't use it on opponents of much higher strength, otherwise the GoD's would try to kill the omni-king), ez hakai win for Toppo.

"Oh but it's out of character," Toppo is already in his GoD Candidate form, he isn't going to be taking it easy on the Time Eater.

What stops the Time Eater from erasing Toppo like he did in Sonic Generations?

Also, Time Eater can survived his own EE since he's seen a lot in White Space, which contains each universe it erased. As this is also the reason (among others) that Sonic got EE resistance, I don't see Hakai working here
