Is it possible for there to exist a beyond dimensional "space-time" (i.e a realm beyond the concept of dimensions that still has a sequence of events, but not "time" in the way way a traditional space-time with dimensions would have)?

complex but I have imagined how the realm 1-A could work where concepts and laws exist in different sizes that represents their importance, so time is basically the size of the Moon, being larger than the concept of higher dimensions
