Cecil Stedman, Head of the Global Defense Agency, arrives at the Grayson household to inform Omni-Man that there have been reports of a super-powered maniac calling himself “Tighten” wreaking havoc across a city located in the state of Michigan, claiming to be its new ruler. Nolan considers looking into it but his son Mark interrupts him and insists on going instead. Nolan agrees with Mark’s decision thinking it’ll be a good test for the young Viltrumite. Mark dons the moniker of “Invincible” and in no time flat, soars to the besieged city to confront Tighten.

Speed is equalized,

And battle takes place in Metro City.

More AP, skilled in fights, regeneration (is slow, but that could be for fatal wounds, minors ones I don´t know if he can heal it fast) = Tighten wins

Invincible easy win here.

His durability is far higher than his own AP, taking hits from characters vastly stronger than himself. And he is already over 2X stronger than Tighten, who has no actually experience. Invincible can basically do everything Tighten can, but better. Higher AP, Durability, gets stronger with his rage, and is smarter.

Tighten's only advantage is his heat vision and lifting strength, and he is way too stupid to take advantage of it.

Also he should have heat resistance for being able to punch through a guy made of molten rock without issue. And can withstand the heat of leaving/entering the atmosphere.
