Tifa's attack potency is next to Cloud Strife who scales to Sephiroth who yields 3.108 mega FoE AP with Super Nova.

Darkseid at 4-B avatar scale to Superman (Post-Crisis) who shakes the solar system with... 565.48 FoE. So Tifa is much stronger in AP for sure.

How high is the chance Darkseid warps back from as far as he can and lol Omega Beam Tifa to Screwattack? Will this be a not stomp or is this a stomp in Darkseid's favour?

On himself? Not sure, in Darkseid War he definitely dies but when Spectre kilos him he just comes back thanks to the Prescence.

If Uxas needs go damn The Presence to revive, then it is outsider help and should not be applicable here.

More importantly, does Darkseid's Omega Sanction work quite different from Sephy's trademark Super Nova?

Well Tifa has got the AP, but Darkseid tends to spam Omega Beams. They bypass durability and are basically always gonna hit, plus mindhax may or may not be able to work on Tifa. Couldn't Darkseid transmute her? She doesn't seem to resist that.
