If there's a dimensionless void that contains infinite space-time continuums, and then a being that sees the dimensionless void as fictional story written in a book but is only a 3-D person on their own plane of reality, what tier would the being be? And would they get BDE?

Being dimensionless doesn't scale anywhere on its own without some kind of superiority, but so they would likely be Low 1-C and not have BDE since they still have their own dimensions.
