Tiering system

Sorry if this question seems silly. A character destroys a construction consisting of infinite variants of the existence of a complex multiverse (consisting of an infinite number of multiverses (one such multiverse is an infinite number of 5-dimensional universes), and there is a creature that is transcendental for this character. So this creature can already be 6-dimensional and qualify for Low 1-C?

Depending on what you mean by "transcendent". It could be Low 1-C, or it could be just a higher High 2-A.

What's the context?

I can't precisely formulate, but this creature interacted with him only through the manifestation, and according to him, even this avatar was immensely superior to him, and this character himself claimed that he could not imagine how powerful it could be(

Well, since the first guy who seems like infinite High 2-A made these kind of statements, then yeah, it probably is Low 1-C.
