So the tiering has change, and I want to know something about it, what tier would be given to someone stated to conceptually transcend dimensions ?

Transcending and being unbound by dimensions doesn't mean much if we don't know how many dimensions there are and if they are superior to one another. But if we assume that all the case then Low 1-A.

So if we say it trancend any number of dimensions, with each dimensions transending the previous one, it's low 1-A ?

In such manner, further feats as supporting evidence for the statement consistency is still needed, but regardless of contexts and feats that are required; transcending the entire perspective of geometric-dimensional space should presumably be High 1-A.
