Tiering help

This isn't for me. But one of my friends characters. They were intrested in our/vsbattles tiering system so he wanted to figure out the AP of his character. So he asked me what it would be since i was only guy he knew that is somewhat used to this system...for the most part. And he sent an image along with it showing his characters biggest display of strength which....i can't even determine. Do any of you guys have any idea what to take from this image?


The stick figure is not the character it's just supposed to be the general location of where the character is.

It may be him splitting the Earth in some fashion.

The only context i got was him for whatever reason one-punching the planet and that happened

If it's splitting the Earth then it's probably somewhere in Multi-Continent to Moon level. If it fully gets out of Earth's gravitational pull then it's probably fully Planet level.

If this is him splitting the Earth, it may get similar results to this

Just to confirm....He IS in fact splitting the earth.
