Tiering Changes

Just a heads up to everyone but over on the main Battles Wiki the title for tier 1-A and high 1-A to "Outerverse level" and "High Outerverse level" respectivally. I've already changed some of the characters of these tiers to go along with these changes and I'll shall carry on doing so but I'd appreciate it if you could change your characters' Attack Potency , Striking Strength , Range and Durability to fit these changes, the pages themselves have already been changed.

More like the majority of them at this point, Exo. xD

But what ExoSaiyan said is true, indeed. As of yesterday, the main Battles wiki recently had changed the name title of 1-A and High 1-A. As y'all are aware, we have and still are directly using their system pages meaning we also updated the pages that we have of them here (Courtesy of Promestein and ExoSaiyan9000 for updating the pages).

Anyone reading this if you ever make any 1-A's (and High 1-A's) in the future, please note about this name change when doing so. Though it may be a somewhat a little weird to get used to (as it's just changing the "Hyper" part to "Outer"), it doesn't seem that bad of a name if you think about it. Maybe weird but that's most likely it.
