Tier rank and attack potency

Please know that while I'm saying Ozpin I'm technically referring to his time as the Wizard. I think Ozpin should be a tier 7-A and have an attack potency capable of destroying small mountains at least. In season five we see that just 2 of the Maidens clashing was enough to shake the mountain they were fighting in. And that's technically a little less than half Ozpins strength as the Wizard since he'd still have his aura reserves and semblance.

Destroying mountains isn't always 7-A, nor is shaking them. Mountains can vary in size enough to be lower or higher. Shaking a mountain doesn't really mean much either.

^Honestly I'm not a fan of using the term Mountain Level Large Mountain Level or for that very reason. It's kinda misleading, but I doubt it would ever change since it kinda screws up the logic of 7-A even existing.
