Let's say that a character has destroyed universe

Time is common to this universe and 10 dimensions. And therefore these 10 dimensions also have infinite number of timelines

What level will a character have who has destroyed such a universe?

It depends.

"Dimension," despite what the wiki insists on, is an arbitrary term. If we're talking dimensions as in realms, the universe itself based on it having infinite timelines would likely be 5-D, which is Low 1-C.

If we're talking dimensions as in 10 layers of infinity (10-D), then assuming the timelines are 10-D as well, we can assure that the universe is an 11-D universe, which is High 1-C.

To me it seems more like L2C. Dimensions in this case doesn't seem to refer to dimensionality, but rather realms. Because the universe and the realms share the same time, each timeline is L2C. Now destroying such structure can either mean L2C, if timelines are not a physical part of reality, or 2A, if they are. Not L1C due to it being a regular infinity and not an uncountable one and the absence of higher time statements
