What if our universe was just a dream of some being. To that being, we're nothing more than fiction. It's probably enough for tier 1 but the problem is that the being is of a lower dimension. So let's say someone 1D created a 2-A structure out of dreams and like the above has r>f over it but they themselves are only 1D. Is that enough for tier 1 or is that just something to add in the AP section. As in they're 1D but have 2-A AP?

Either the dream is lower than 1D or it's just what TV Tropes call "Shrodinger's Butterfly". In the latter case it doesn't matter for the tier and is usually more of a verse thing.

1D was just an example. The character is 0-D so the dream can't be lower than that. I'll probably treat it as a verse thing based on context.

Given how stuff isn't limited to dimensions, you technically can have beings infinitely lower than 0D dudes. But I guess the intent is rather that "the world is created by a weakass being" or whatev.
