beyond the "flow of time"

beyond the "higher dimensional membrane of the Spacetime universe" and lays further beyond (more transcendence than) the worlds that transcend the HDMotSTU. It even encompasses those worlds within it and exist between them.

is a primordial void that predates all of existence except for the ultimate god of creation

regardless how much the multiverse expands (Which this verses' multiverse is weird and expands through a variety of methods and each expansion is simultaneously infinite worlds.) This void will never be filled completely or even slightly.

it exist beyond the higher dimensional axis of the "soul plane"

lots of context for that HDM. The context is a characters consciousness exceeding the HDM of the Universe and was able to perceive multiple "dimensions" dimensions here means other universeses.

every decision a person makes
through creation gods
through human actions
through every thought a human has
every dream they have
