Basically what title says, inspired by To Aru's Tier Listing

God Tier: Basically the absolute top dogs of the verse. No one else in the verse compares in the slightest.

Top Tier: As above, but marginally to drastically weaker.

High Tier: As above, but marginally to drastically weaker. Tends to contain the more popular characters coughAcceleratorcough.

Middle Tier: Kinda self-explanitory

Low Tier: Also self-explanitory

Joker Tier: Now here's where things get interesting. A Joker Tier character is a character who can beat vastly powerful beings (mainly via hax), possibly up to and including the God Tiers of the verse, but can lose to FAR, FAR weaker beings due to a limitation on their hax or abilities.
