So while both of them might be equally skilled and Deathstroke may be slightly stronger and more durable, Batman has higher versatility with his gadgets. Also, given how Deathstroke only has his sword and some knives here due to his guns being restricted, Batman has faced those before with due to fighting Ra’s al Ghul.

I’d say Batman should take this due to his versatility. He can summon bats or smoke bombs to distract Deathstroke, use his baterangs to knock him out of cold, throw in some explosives, or even use his sawblade device to increase his strength, especially since the gap is only ~40 megajoules. While there may be some instances Slade might take this due to them being equally skilled, Batman slightly takes this more times due to his arsenal, so voting Bruce winning 6-7/10 times.

Deathstroke has had no problem fighting against more versatile opponents before like Green Arrow who has trick arrows that can do just about the same things as Batmans equipment and more like Stun the opponent, cause flame burst, electrocute the opponent. summoning bats isn't reliable as they'd take awhile to get to Batman and I dont see any mention of smoke bombs on his profile although that could just be listed under his "utility belt" but those could also hinder him as well since they could blind Bats due to his lack of being able to see through it. the batarangs that knock the opponent out would have to pierce Deathstroke where his armor isn't protecting him which is unlikely as those spots are limited and deathstroke has no problem fighting multiple armed mercenaries and dodging their fire up-close. the Ring isn't huge, so this is more then likely going to be a CQC fight where both opponents are equally matched in skill with Deathstroke being stronger giving him an advantage in this fight alongside bladed weapons that can slash batman up no problem with his strength advatange and its incredibly unlikely batman is gonna get a chance to get away from Deathstroke since leaving the Ring isn't allowed so Deathstroke isn't gonna stop attacking leaving not much room for Bats to pull out his equipment

well Bats has versatility, it'll be harder to use due to the rings size and not being allowed to leave it meaning bats isn't gonna have much rest room for some of his equipment and Bats usually doesn't start fights by spamming his equipment moreso going for CQC which could easily be his downfall thanks to strokes AP advantage, deathstroke also has ranged options beside his guns such as throwing daggers, which aren't going to be as effect as batarangs, they'll still help him make up for any distance that is put between him and bats.

Deathstroke should take this in a close match due to his superior AP and Durability meaning he'll hurt Batman more in CQC, having experience against versatile opponents such as green arrow alongside being skilled enough to fight against multiple armed mercenaries, and being equally skilled with Batman meaning he'll hold his own and even if a great disadvantage (range wise), he'll make up for it with his intelligence to find a way through bats

i'd also like to add that well Batman has fought Ra's al Ghul, that isn't the exact same as fighting against this Deathstroke who is basically a much more skilled, intelligent, and stronger person then Ra's al Ghul

After looking through both arguments the ones for Deathstroke have convinced me more, CQC plays a massive role in a fight where both opponents are penned together like this, and Deathstroke definitely holds the advantages there, so voting Deathstroke.

The utility issue doesn’t seem a huge factor in a fight like this, nor is it something Deathstroke has failed to overcome before

Agreed.

Deathstroke FRA

If Deathstroke and Jericho are able to make it to the finals, that'll be an epic finale!
