I'm currently pretty busy and hence not very active... so as I like to do in such situations, let's have a relaxing tournament.
In this tournament, Civilizations are fighting each other. They must have Civilization profiles and be Tier 9 or 10. Anything they have that is higher than those tiers (and any smurf-hax and smurf range) is restricted.
Speed Equal, as usual in tournaments.
I will set up the scenario's as for how the civilizations fight case-by-case otherwise.
There will be 8 or 16 entires, depending on how much interest there is.
