Well they are pretty close, while Huitzilopotchtli has better stamina, he killed 400 gods without taking a rest I think thor has, overall, better powers, The aztec gods lacks of ranged attacks to counter Thor's lightning manipulation, he needs to get close to thor and this is a serious disadvantage...

So I vote Thor.

Huitzilopochtli's main weapon is a spear thrower, and he's strong enough to throw the moon from the Earth to orbit. I'm pretty sure that Thor is the one who needs to get close.
