Thug vs Darkseid

At a glance, Darkseid seems to have the AP advantage. Not sure about Ragna's exact Low 7-B AP, since he's implied to be stronger than Tager, who has the feat. That being said, Telekinesis seems to be a problem here. Gonna wait for more input.

4-D soulhax, Type 8 to Low 2-C girl, EE that negs Mid-Godly and resistance, all the stuff he's getting in BB revision, that's why Veloxt stopped spamming, Darkseid can't do shit.

It's mismatch, that Low 2-C is just Hax. You can't put two of them together no matter how you change the version. And why you call Ragna thug anyway, he isn't in any kind of way.
Low 5-B comes from Requiem and Izanami's earth-moon atomization feat, which is at 7 zettatons.

Just trying to catch the "Thuig who mugged Darkseid" train, then noticed Ragna having the category as "criminals", and was at some point in the story wanted as thugs.
And somehow some of his profiles at least have attack potencies in the same tier as some versions of Darkseid actually...
Then you pointed out low 7-B Ragna hax stomps or low 2-C Ragna is stomped, and it seems no apparent version of Ragna can have a "fair" fight with any version of Darkseid by now.
Needs to look for another train unless another thug can have a fair match with Darkseid then. Open below for any good suggestion for a thug/criminal character that can have a fair fight with Darkseid.
