his page is fairly detailed (outside of having 9-A dura for seemingly no reason despite their regeneration being primarily based on the fact they could regenerate off a 9-A attack), you could probably just go off that if you're invested
 
Eh screw it if it's as viewed as it is and just nobody knows what to say I'll just give my thoughts

As with what provoked me into making this thread in the first place, they're both almost unkillable (in David's case, regenerating incredibly quickly, in JM's case, his ability to absorb damage and also heal from it), with the main workaround being that those abilities just don't hold out forever. David has a bit more martial skill but JM isn't a slouch either (with stuff like being able to accurately deflect and even counter through FILO, who's attacks were so fast they became basically invisible to JM, as well as counter a tailwhip from Komodo in such a fashion that he redirected the momentum into a roundhouse kick, angled so his foot managed to hit Komodo's chin and snap his neck, made even more absurd by the fact that Komodo was 8 feet tall, so the angle was an absolute mess at that), and JM's power and experience fighting other capes on the regular would make him well suited against a lot of what David could do in terms of his weirder stuff (Analysis is the same type of deal as Connor's power, which can't accurately predict Justice Man, Palm Strike would still be affected by the power, even his "Rage" would be taken just fine given that Walking Ghost would need to put serious effort in order to alter JM's wounds past what they otherwise would be)

I'd say the main factors are endurance (which is hard to say, JM obviously has explicit issues keeping up but he can push past it with Endure and the exhaustion isn't nearly as bad when he doesn't use his blaster power, and David's stamina feats are primarily just the kind of injuries he could take and persist past prior to having his abnormality), and the clash between David's toolkit and JM just blowing the guy up with his blaster power, which after a certain point would absolutely reduce the guy to loose chunks given it was able to ramp up to High 8-C against someone like FILO and thus get past the upper limits of his regeneration
