Not sure about Marvel's Avengers, but gonna copy-paste what @RoTt35 said about MCU Thor:

Thor has 1500 years of experience, having fought countless battles since he was a child. While being depowered, he skill stomped some of the most highly trained professionals in the world, making them look like a bunch of minimum-wage mall cops. Thor should be comparable to Valkyrie, who has thousands of years of experience, which allowed her to fight enemies far stronger than her (8-A), like Hela (6-B) or Gorr (5-A). He's also a bit behind Hela, who has thousands of years of experience and easily stomped all the Valkyries and the entire army of Asgard

I'd say skill is pretty mucha a match since both have lived for upwards of a thousand years fighting in countless battles being comparable to peeps like Captain America, Black Widow, and Spider-Man skillwise

He's comparabe to Black Widow and Spider-Man skillwise, Black Widow who has been trained in the Red Room since she was 5 years old. Easily outskilled some of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s best agents, and has defeated Taskmaster on two separate occasions even after he's studied and copied her techniques with his photographic memory to the point he convincingly replicated her well enough to fool Nick Fury. Spider-Man who Peter still managed to competently fight crime for six years going off of his own developed fighting style and instinct. Capable of easily taking on and defeating AIM's elite teams, who would be comparable if not superior to the highly trained soldiers and combatively adept AIM personnel that often deal with rioting crowds, policing, and security actions

And yes because its a game he literally uses all his versatility its apart of the gameplay to have versatile move list and many abilities and combos

Basically, although MA Thor's hax advantage isn't that determinant besides Statistics Amplification, as both Thors have pretty much the same powers (lightning, weather, air) and healing, with MCU Thor also having his own regeneration, though I might be missing something

His regen isn't nearly as good as MA Thor's healing and MA Thor has full access to bifrost and other hax ans MA Thor's control over his hammer and what he can do comboing with his lightning is a level of control that MCU Thor doesn't even come remotely close to having
