I'd vote for Thor. Blue Beetle was able to throw hands against Black Adam twice in Injustice 2, both sides winning once. Thor has a pretty similar skill set as Black Adam but with a difference, he wields a very powerful weapon and doesn't actually require said weapon to create the lightning.

I know, I just really needed a good comparison. Looking at their attack potency doesn't help since they can both be at Solar System level and Thor's fight against Iron Man was in Avengers 1. Looking at the Injustice profile of Blue Beetle now, I realized that his attack potency is much lower.
Anyway I still vote for Thor simply because he was able to defeat the Destroyer from Thor 1 which was a magic powered automaton

Do you... know anything about the comic versions of these characters. Because nothing you've mentioned relates to either of them.

Thor has been around longer in-verse, but Beetle looks more haxxed. Jamie's Power Null for magic does do a number on Thor's magical abilities, and according to Thor's page, it says in the Notable Attacks/Techniques section: "Magic: Thor’s attacks are magical in nature due to his godly roots". I think Beetle's adaptability and reactive evolution will also be a plus for him. Leaning towards Beetle for now, but I will wait for counter arguments since they both look like they can use a lot of stuff against each other, I just think Beetle's stuff is a tad more impressive.

What are the AP stats for Marvel and DC now? To me, it seems like they change every few months.

DC Post-Crisis 4-Bs scale around 1 Kilofoe. Marvel's 4-Bs start around 6 kilofoe and go up. At least, that's how it was last I knew.

That only helps so much when one hit from Thor cripples him.

That doesn't really compensate for much. Thor's physical advantage means that he's giving out a lot of damage and taking very little in return. Thor doesn't need to be fancy to win, he just needs get in several good hits. Jaime, on the other hand, it going to have throw everything and the kitchen sink at Thor and hope it puts him down.

To an extent, but Thor doesn't need much to take Jaime out. The disparity between them is just so big that really, the regen is just gonna help him hang on versus being an outright advantage.

The calc was from a feat from 20 years go, even aquaman has gotten strong enough to one shot people on wally's level at that time. But both will start 4km from each other. BB would use info analysis to know thor, then hide from his attacks as he will know what thor can do
