Third Year students + Chisaki upgrade

It's extremely unlikely to say that any of these 4 are weaker than Yo Shindo, due to the 3 students being a year better than Shindo, and Chisaki scaling to them, ESPECIALLY since Hadou's Wave Motioin actually focuses on destructive capability (like Shindo's)

I feel like that, despite not having sufficient feats proving so, I think that these 4 should be revised to "At least 8C, POSSIBLY 8B" through scaling from Yo Shindo, and also being astronomically stronger than other 8C's
