Introduction
Both of these are from the same verse, but they never interacted. Penelope likely only heard of Neyla's existence.
But they both betrayed The Cooper Gang and had a lot of people like "GASP...YOU BETCH"
Sooo they are fighting now.
Plot
After breaking out of prison, Penelope had managed to build her own time machine. She went back in time to Sly 2's time and landed in Paris. The Cooper Gang were just initiating their plan to infiltrate Dimitri's hiding space, and she was going to follow them for a surprise attack until she felt someone grab her shoulder.
"And just where do you think you're going?" The person asked.
Penelope had turned around to see a purple tiger and jumped back.
"Neyla?! Bentley told me all about you! I know what you plan to do, and as much as I would love to prevent that, the flow of time just-" she gets cut off with a whip slash to her face.
"My apologies, stranger. But I can't afford anyone to get in my way." The Tiger had said
"Well, now you've really gotten on my nerves. I won't kill you, but I sure as heck will fight you! EN GARDE!"
