time hax is probably not a problem if he takes the vial of blood but currently he does not have it so it cannot be used.
SZ has precog and takeo is very honorable so probably when seeing that he faces a sword warrior he will probably face Espada, since he has never been seen fighting 1v1 in addition to using his sword a lot and his pistol in Cinematic

He can send Zero to a different universe and he can spam this + he has tons of KO options + his mind haxs are far greater then Zero's resistance so if he wants, he can mindrape Zero so time rewind beatable

Canonically he doesn't have it, he literally destroyed it, unless he uses his pre-Bo4 version and we take the events of Bo3

BFR doesn't really help, since you can rewind at any time.
KOing has to be super specific to not kill someone or work for longer than a few seconds.
Pretty sure destroying people's minds generally results in death, and then reset.

He's getting sent to a different universe, his time manipulation would need a 2-C range
He can KO him for far over a day, hell, he can literally turn zero into a baby and just put him in his pocket and while it has a time limit, he can spam it
He's not destroying your mind, he's turning you on his side and he can do this to people who are already mindraped
