The Zones in OFF

Where is the evidence for the Zones in the Nothingness being as large as stars besides the fact that The Queen is represented by the sun and Enoch saying that he shapes the world with the infinite power of the sun? Also, the zones being planet level each, why are they so big when it's never stated how big they are, I've heard the calc of the post-office being continent level but are there calcs for how big the Zones are?

It's basically also the surrounding green space of each zone all clumped together I think? And the star outside the solar system, IIRC they could draw upon it's power or something. I'll be rechecking them, to be honest, I'm about to start a second playthrough and check up on it, see if I've missed anything.
