All character with Superhuman LS (Basically those who scale comparably or higher to Aya) get upgrade to Class G via this calculation. Well it would be 'At least Class G' in the case of Astaroth considering he is larger than that Ancient Dragon
All Class Z LS characters (Basically those who scale to Leviathan) will get upgrade to Pre-Stellar through this calculation.
Water Spirit King Makoto should also scale to Pre-Stellar since it fight against being of such level like the Outer God and Holy Gods plus even his normal spirit arm change can easily carry meteor of this weight.
Abilities
Passive Fate Manipulation (Those which are in high position or stronger possess a lot of fate threads. The amount of fate threads determine how importance they are to the world. Fate threads are the possible futures of the person as well as their influence on the world. and as long as they exist, the person will always live. This also shown from how when the demon had her fate threads cut by one after another, her fate end there and she gone forever) - This applied to every characters in the verse.
