Star Eater seems to be a very weak 4C.

And the Cosmos Mammoths are pretty weak by high 4C standards. If we imagine a random crippled child in that species it is probably the single weakest in tier high 4C.

Relativistic to sub rel isn't a blitz, and Saitama doesn't in character open with top speed 5-B attacks regardless.

even if he opens in casual, once he realises his opponent no-sells his attack, he should have enough speed to go all-out

also I love how Alex Kidd's intelligence rating is justified by him winning in rock paper scissors
