The Watcher vs Eru Iluvatar (Grace)

Eru gets my vote, he's "at least" 2-C so he has the possibility of being far stronger, but LOTR is pretty vague in terms of power levels, but the possibility is there.
 
Well the Watcher's description makes him baseline, while Eru is well above baseline. The Watcher also doesn't seem to have any resistances so Eru can just snap.

Although I know nothing about Sims so I could be wrong.
 
The Watcher = One with the sims multiverse

Sims Multiverse = Main universe, The "Dystopia" and "Utopia" alternate timelines to the main universe, the Sims 4 universe, The Mysims universe, The Mysims agents multiverse, The Underworld, and... possible others


So not baseline but not that high either
 
Well then you might wanna make a CRT to change his description, because as it is right now it makes him pretty baseline.

"Created both the "dystopia" and "utopia" timelines. Stated to have created and destroyed worlds [universes] in the past "
 
The Watcher doesn't resist Eru's concept manipulation which it starts with, but Eru also doesn't resist void manipulation which Watcher can use to erase Eru. However, Eru atleast starts with concept manipulation in its very nature
