I can't really agree with that. They're still capable of harming them with physical attacks, which would make sense because they carry weaponry to harm Shadows and further upgrade them later within the game.DarkGrath said:

I'm not sure what you mean. If Ren uses a physical attack with one Persona, and he then uses a physical attack with a different Persona, they harm the enemy by different amounts.
Similarly to how they are more resilient to attacks when equipped with certain Personas over others. Or how passive skills for Personas are used even when they aren't summoned.
Just like all these other examples, physical attacks being on a Low 2-C level is just another example of how Personas affect the power of the person wielding them even without being summoned. Otherwise, we'd be assuming that Ren without Personas is still Low 2-C and could just flick his finger at anything IRL to one-shot it.

I'm conflicted. On the one hand, the Persona Revision discord server has led to some of the most progress I've ever seen in regards to the verse at large...
But on the other hand, because we have a chatroom on that server, this discussion thread is practically dead save for the few times someone new comes along and asks about something. It's been 9 months since this thread was made, and somehow we're only barely past halfway to the message limit.

Writer statements arent always true, though. Royal can be after scramble, they didnt mention kasumi or any royal character because of development and no spoilersthis
