Assuming Shadow is comparable to Sonic in Generations (who, on his page, already has Infinite speed by the time of Gens), Finalhazard and Shadow are equal in speed and AP. However, Finalhazard's page has literally nothing to combat against things like Shadow's 6D Reality Warping with Chaos Control and literally all of the things Chaos Spear can do (Paralysis, Power Nullification, Stamina Reduction).

TL;DR: Shadow outhaxes Finalhazard, wins, and hits the griddy.

Finalhazard could maybe use Chaos Control to teleport out of the way from Chaos Spear but that'd be unlikely and OOC probably, but could have a chance to be able to hit Shadow with it's various energy attacks and projectiles

Hardly. Finalhazard have lasers and such but it's nothing that Shadow didn't deal with before
